We understand that when buying online, choosing a size can be difficult; to that end, we have an exchange-only policy unless the item(s) you receive are faulty, damaged or not as described on the website. In such cases, please contact us regarding your exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your product.

Items being exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for an exchange.

We kindly request that orders are checked upon arrival and that we are contacted immediately so that we can rectify any issues with defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned/exchanged items. Upon arrival, these items are inspected and faults are verified before any return/exchange is completed.
